Today my mom has put the entire house on a diet...I'm pretty good at this at first. The only problem is that I like food soooo much. Sooo today is day one of the Tea Detox. Tomorrow is day one of the diet...I think.

One cup down seven more to go...YIKES

Hmmmm this reminds me of a particular someone

Rough day...filled with early mornings and late nights. Today's lessons are trust your instincts. If you feel it in your gut it may or may not be true, but don't disregard it. If you check someone based on a feeling they'll confirm, deny, or walk away. And if they walk away you don't really need them in your life. As always be easy, be blessed, be encouraged... Now back to the insanity.
